Based on amazon policies we can no longer have the process fully automated .We provide the cases and you need to open them yourself.

What are sales reports ?

The sales reports and product research are options we provide in addition to the reimbursements we get back from amazon .

Are there any setup fees or contracts?

Absolutely not. RefundsManager is a pay-as-you-go service. You simply pay month-to-month and can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you"ll be billed for the cases reimbursed only.

What if I open a case myself?

If you open a case on your own without the software input or get reimbursed by amazon for any other reason we will not charge you on those reimbursements.We only take a percentage of reimbursements that you receive cause of our software.
